Application of the mixture for free breathing:
- Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of the blend to a diffuser to enjoy a cleansing and refreshing aroma that aids breathing and purifies the air. Diffuse for 15 minutes once an hour. The blend can be used on children over 6 years of age. One drop per 100 ml of water in the diffuser is enough.
- Massage: Dilute the blend in a carrier oil and use to massage the chest and back to relieve respiratory discomfort. For children over 6 years of age, we recommend using one drop in 5 ml of carrier oil.
- Bath: Add a few drops to a warm bath to relax the body and clear the respiratory tract. Remember to dilute the mixture in a carrier oil first. For children over 6, one or two drops in a carrier oil will also be enough.

Safety of using the Respiratory Synergy mixture
Use in children : The mixture can be used on children over 6 years of age. Dilution : Never apply the undiluted mixture directly to the skin. Before using it for massage or bathing, dilute it in a carrier oil to avoid irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes : In case of contact, immediately rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use orally : The mixture is intended for external use only. Skin test : Before first use, perform a skin test by applying a small amount of the mixture to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours to make sure there is no allergic reaction. Storage : Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a cool and dark place to preserve its properties.
