About products
Are your oils 100% natural and organic?
Yes. We select 100% natural oils from organic farming, with full botanical and biochemical identification. We prioritize quality confirmed by certificates (including AB, FR-BIO-10, HECT, and HBBBD).
Can I use oils if I am pregnant or have children?
We always recommend caution and consulting a specialist. For children, use only oils approved for their age, in appropriate dilution, and primarily for diffusion. During pregnancy, avoid strongly irritating oils and use only after obtaining individual consent from a doctor/midwife.
How to store essential oils?
Store away from light and heat, in tightly closed dark glass bottles, out of reach of children. This helps preserve their properties and fragrance.
What is the difference between single oils and blends (synergies)?
A single oil has the character of a single plant species. Synergy combines several oils to enhance their effects and create a more complete aromatic profile (e.g., respiratory support, calming, concentration).
Use
How many drops should I add to the diffuser?
Typically 3–5 drops per 200–300 ml of water. For our models: 400–550 ml → 5–8 drops. Always start with a smaller amount and increase to a comfortable level.
How to clean an ultrasonic diffuser?
Empty the tank and wipe it with a soft cloth. Rinse every few days with water and a little vinegar (no detergents). Do not immerse the entire device in water.
Can I mix different oils?
Yes, that's part of aromatherapy—creating your own blends. Be mindful of the total number of drops and explore the scents slowly to find balance.
Does the diffuser humidify and purify the air?
A diffuser produces a cool mist and subtly increases the humidity in the immediate area. Oils can neutralize odors and freshen spaces. It is not a substitute for professional air purifiers.
Delivery and returns
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days within Poland. Shipping costs are visible in the shopping cart before payment. We offer free shipping for larger orders.
Can I return the product?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your purchase (unused products in their original packaging). Details can be found in our Returns Policy .
Do you wrap products as gifts?
